Notably, he secured AIR 1 in Chartered Accountancy examinations and also hold an LLB degree, underscoring his exceptional academic and professional credentials. Shri Dilip Thakkar oversees the advisory services division as well as the tax practice. His wide experience has enabled him to contribute positively as a member of the Board of Directors of more than 25 companies in India and overseas.
He has completed two terms as the Chairman of the Indian Advisory Boards

Since founding his own practice in 1982, Naresh Sheth has amassed over 42 years of remarkable experience in indirect tax, offering expert advice across diverse sectors like real estate, manufacturing, media and entertainment, shipping and logistics, charitable trusts, etc. He is a pioneer in the real estate sector, providing invaluable advice on joint development agreements, society redevelopment, slum rehabilitation projects, etc. He has authored three editions of the Service Tax publication on Real Estate for the BCAS and contributed to the GST section of their publication titled ‘FAQs on Charitable Trusts’.
